As Glamarium became one of the partners of TTÜ100 satellite program by designing the solar panel hinge system. Challenge was to design proper hinge system that has to fit it to a tight place and withstand the launching forces as well as work %100 percent when solar panel lock is released in the orbit. We successfully designed and developed the proper hinge system for the satellite.
Additionally, Glamarium managed the supply chain of the most of the mechanical parts and took the responsibility of the full satellite structure. We delivered 3 sets of, Satellite Frames, Hinges System, Battery Holder, PCB Shield, Reaction Wheel Assembly and Tungsten Fly Wheels.
